This Agreement is made between METRO ENTERTAINMENT LLC, operating Stacy's @ Melrose (the “Venue”) and the undersigned performer (the “Performer”).
Performance Details
Performances must start and end at the predetermined times. The Venue may alter timing to accommodate business needs.
Compensation and Payment Terms
Payment is made by check from METRO ENTERTAINMENT LLC. The Performer must provide the name used for cashing checks and complete a W9 form for processing. Checks are available post-performance. Rate is determined by event type and negotiation.
Code of Conduct
The Performer must maintain a professional demeanor at all times, refraining from discriminatory language, harassment, and illegal activities. Negativity and bad vibes will not be tolerated. Complaints must be directed to the managing partner; disparaging posts on social media may result in termination without compensation.
Dressing Room and Preparation Area
Performers needing a dressing room are expected to use the designated space provided. Getting ready in view of guests is not permitted.
Prohibition of Outside Drinks
No outside drinks are allowed in the dressing room or the bar. This is strictly enforced.
Technical and Logistical Support
The Venue provides standard lighting and sound equipment. Performers bring their own props/costumes/special equipment not provided.
Promotion and Marketing
The Venue supports events with graphics and flyers. If the Performer provides materials, further terms may be specified for logo usage and flyer dimensions.
Legal and Liability Issues
The Performer is responsible for obtaining personal liability insurance. The Venue is not liable for injuries sustained during performance.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Both parties agree to adhere to local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances and alcohol service laws. Full-nudity, defined as showing of the vulva, penis, anus (and nipples in specific circumstances) is prohibited.
Amendments and Modifications
The Venue may amend policies/terms at any time and will provide an updated version in a timely, professional manner.
Termination Policy
Either party may cancel at any time for any reason. The Venue will work in good faith to resolve conflicts and will provide direct notice of intent to terminate.
Acknowledgment
By signing, the Performer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms.

Keep it safe & sexy
We love body positivity, but full nudity (vulva, penis, anus, and nipples in certain situations) is a no-go. Keep it legal, keep it hot.
No outside drinks. Period.
No outside beverages in the dressing room or anywhere in the venue. It keeps our liquor license safe and the night running smooth.
Keep it clean & tidy
No glitter bombs, messy confetti, strong perfumes, or anything that trashes the space. Clean up like you’re at a friend’s house.
Good vibes only
No trash-talking the bar, owners, or staff on social media. If something’s off, come to us directly. Drama stays outside.
Respect names & privacy
We know legal names can be sensitive. We only ask because checks + W9s require it. Your stage name is how we’ll address you day-to-day.
